Amazing! A car that runs 100 km on a litre of petrol!

Yes! The French car-maker Renault has developed hybrid car Eolab, which is in a concept stage, which the company claims, would offer ultra low fuel economy of 100 kilometre in one litre of petrol.
And what makes this car so resourceful? First, it blends a petrol engine with an electric motor. This results in very less emission of Co2 while burning petrol.
This technology makes the car not only environment-friendly, also results in low fuel consumption. The car is much lighter in weight—a body of steel, aluminum, magnesium and composites. So the aerodynamics and the lightweight build of the car also contributes to low fuel consumption.
Eolab was first introduced in Paris Auto Show in 2014. The concept car made its appearance the India in the 13th Autpo Expo earlier in February
