There has been uncertainty regarding the release of Idhu Namma Aalu for a long time. The film, directed by Pandiraj, with Simbu and Nayanthara in the lead roles, completed shooting a long time ago. There were rumours that the film was getting delayed as the crew was waiting for music director Kuralarasan’s input. Kural who is the younger brother of Simbu, made his debut with the movie. Both Pandiraj and Kural exchanged harsh words on Twitter too some time back, and the former even went on to say that he is helpless in terms of bailing out the movie.
However, it seems like all is well between the director and the Simbu camp now. Pandiraj announced that Simbu recently watched the film and was impressed with the output. He tweeted, “My hero @Iam_str saw #INA and loved it . Happy I made him happy , means a lot comin from him hope u guys love it as well ...Audio comin soon.” Seems like the crew has cleared the hurdles and is eyeing for a release date.
