Mumbai: Vivaldi on Tuesday unveiled the beta version of its free web browser packed with features and capabilities designed for the web’s most demanding users. The free web browser is available for download at vivaldi.com.
After more than two million downloads of Vivaldi’s technical previews, the beta release marks the firm’s transition from a tool for early explorers to a browser anyone can use to navigate the web with speed and power.
The beta also introduces more features that transform your everyday interactions on the web – boosting productivity, efficiency and fun. The best aspects about the web browser are ‘customisability and complete tab control’ as claimed by the firm. Vivaldi’s browser will offer manifold customisations including keyboard shortcuts, quick commands, and even mouse gestures.
The website is also optimised as it offers smarter book marking, faster access to sites through speed dial and taking notes on the browser itself.
Other features include web panels to keep track of frequently used services such as news feeds, weather, sports and many more.
“We’re on a mission to make a browser loved by the web’s most discerning users,” said Jon von Tetzchner, CEO, Vivaldi in a press release.
